How long does it take to produce my order?

Each piece is made to order. Production time for fine art prints, framed prints, and canvases is typically 2–5 business days before shipping.

 

How will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped using standard shipping after production is complete. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

 

Who produces your prints and canvases?

My artwork is professionally produced by Bay Photo, a professional photographic lab I have trusted with my photography since 2008.

 

What paper do you use for fine art prints?

Fine art prints are produced on Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308 gsm, a 100% cotton, museum-quality fine art paper with a soft texture and matte finish.

 

What is included with a framed print?

Framed prints are professionally presented with a white mat and Gallery Black frame and arrive ready to hang.

 

What type of canvas do you offer?

Photography from Scale & Solitude is available as lustre-finish wrapped canvas. Canvas artwork from Beyond Measure is presented in a Gallery Black wedge float frame to preserve the full composition.

 

What do the listed sizes refer to?

The listed size refers to the dimensions of the artwork itself. Framed prints will have larger overall dimensions once the mat and frame are added.

 

Will the artwork look exactly the same as it does on my screen?

Colors and brightness can vary slightly between monitors and devices due to individual screen settings. Every effort is made to represent the artwork accurately.

 

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me promptly with your order information and photographs of the damage. Please refer to the Return Policy for complete details.

 

Can I return or exchange my artwork?

Because each piece is made to order, return and exchange eligibility is outlined in the Return Policy. Please review the policy before purchasing.
